We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic PhD candidates who want to use their academic skills and knowledge to tackle societal issues. So are you someone who is:

  • Interested in societal matters;

  • A team player;

  • Eager to experience new ways of working;

  • Keen to expand your professional and practical skills;

  • Flexible and open-minded in interaction with different stakeholder; and

  • Able to commit to 12-15 hours per month over a 12 month period?

Then send in your motivation and kick start your career! The sooner, the better.

1. Application

We would like to invite you to send your CV and send a creative motivation in the format in which you can express yourself best. A powerpoint, video, a poem, an infographic or whatever means you see fit. In any case, include what you would like to learn, what achievements you are most proud of, what is your greatest ambition and what role you take in a group.

What to expect:

2. (Online) interview

We would love to get to know more of you! Therefore, we have an online interview in which we will ask you more on your ambitions, what you like, what you don’t like, and so forth. The interview will take place online. After this interview we will let you know whether you are selected for a Teamday. Your Teamday will take place on either 16 or 17 April. 

3. Case teamday

For this second round, we would like to experience and see what role you take in a team. Together with 4 other PhD candidates you will work on a case and pitch your approach. After the Case teamday you will get notified on 23 April whether you are selected. You will then be placed in your final team and are ready to start your 12 month learning experience! The program will officially kick off around the start of May 2021.
